Hyrox is a competitive training style that blends endurance and functional strength in a race sequence. Running plus strength stations performed in a sequence to build power, endurance, and efficiency under fatigue.
1 - PROPENSITY
An inclination or natural tendency to behave in a particular way
Propensity is where The Monarch Method begins, the deliberate laying of the foundation. The focus is on building quality muscle mass, establishing flawless movement patterns and reinforcing the structural balance that will carry you through every future phase.
First chapter of the system - built to create the structural base your body needs before pushing intensity. You’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your movement
Recommended starting point.
Goal: Build maximum muscle mass while enhancing strength, endurance and physique symmetry.
Duration: 8 weeks.
2 - VOLITION
This phase demands choice. The choice to push past fatigue, to execute every rep with precision, and to hold yourself to the higher standard that defines champions.
Volition marks the turning point. The phase where strength meets endurance, and discipline meets demand. Across four weeks, intensity rises, rest periods shorten, and volume increases to carve out density and bring more shape to the frame.
Conditioning is introduced at a higher frequency, posing becomes a regular discipline, and the pace quickens as the body begins to shift from simply building to actively refining.
Goal: Drop body fat rapidly without loosing hard-earned muscle mass.
Duration: 6 weeks.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to start?
No. The program is built to meet you where you are. We adjust load, volume, and pacing so beginners and advanced clients can both progress without injury.

How fast will I see results?
Most clients feel results (energy, posture, stability, less pain) within 2-3 weeks and see visible changes in 6-12 weeks, depending on consistency and starting point.

Propensity builds the foundation - mechanics, stability and baseline strength. Volition is designed to challenge intensity and capacity. Skipping ahead reduces results and increases risk. The system works because it builds in order.
